NMC.AI does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs and is not responsible for decisions made based on such outputs.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in:

AI models and systems

Platform architecture

Branding, logos, and designs

are and remain the exclusive property of NMC.AI.

b. Client Content

You retain full ownership of:

c. AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs are owned by the client, provided they are used in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

NMC.AI retains ownership of the underlying AI systems and models used to generate outputs.
